§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 51.110 through 51.125 shall be served with written notice stating the notice of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit, not to exceed 15 days, for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violation.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue the violation after receipt of a handwritten notice, as provided above, shall upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $50.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this subchapter, in addition to the fine provided, shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the city by reason of the violation, whether the same was caused before or after notice.
