(A) Turn-on fee. There shall be a water turn-on charge of $25 for turning on water after it has been turned off for § 51.117(H).
(B) Inspection and test required. The cost to make an inspection or test a backflow prevention device, to include but not be limited to labor, benefits and overhead expense, will be charged to the consumer, if the consumer is in violation of § 51.117(I).
