§ 51.116 CITY’S RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   For the purpose of making any inspections or discharging the duties imposed by this subchapter and the Illinois State Plumbing Code, the Superintendent of Water has the right to enter upon the premises of any consumer. Each consumer as a condition of the continued delivery to his or her premises of water from the city water supply shall be considered as having stated his or her consent to the entry upon his or her premises of the Superintendent of Water for the purposes stated herein.
