§ 51.069 PIPELINE CONSUMERS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.

   (A)   The term PIPELINE CONSUMERS as used herein shall refer to consumers who have provided easements to the city for its water transmission pipeline. The rate set forth herein for pipeline consumers shall apply to water furnished to the easement property.

   (B)   Effective January 1, 2011, the following rate shall be charged for water furnished to pipeline consumers: 110% of the rate charged consumers inside the city limits.
