§ 51.045 WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS; GENERALLY.
   No new water services shall be permitted outside the corporate limits except for the undeveloped lots of existing subdivisions in which the subdivider has previously installed the water main at his or her expense; however, the City Council may by a majority vote authorize other new water services outside the corporate limits.
