§ 51.006 WATER DEPOSIT ACCOUNT.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Director of Finance to keep the records of all water deposits by water users.
   (B)   A water deposit account is hereby created and shall be maintained by the Director of Finance. The purpose of the account shall be to have money available to repay water users who are discontinuing their service.
