The Human Services Coordinator shall be hired by the City Manager and shall advise the Commission, serve as a resource person to the Commission, coordinate and develop community relation projects of the Commission and act as a liaison with the city administration. The Coordinator shall make reasonable efforts to attend all meetings and functions of the Commission and shall have a voice in all proceedings, but shall not vote on issues before the Commission.
