§ 37.08 CITIZEN PROTECTION.
   It shall be illegal for any person to aid, incite, compel, coerce or participate directly or indirectly in the doing of any act or practice declared in this chapter to be prohibited, or to discriminate or take retaliatory action against any other person because the person has opposed any practice forbidden by this chapter or because the person had made a charge, filed a complaint, testified or assisted in any manner in any investigation or proceeding under this subchapter.
