(A) Mobile home construction permits are valid for one year from the date of issue, but may be extended by the city.
(B) Each mobile home park license shall expire one year from date of issue and a new license may be issued upon proper application and payment of the annual license fee, provided the applicant is in substantial compliance with this chapter and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant hereto.
