§ 110.49 MOBILE FOOD TRUCKS.
   (A)   Licenses. It shall be unlawful to operate a mobile food truck without an appropriate license outlined herein.
   (B)   Requirements for obtaining a license.
      (1)   The annual mobile food truck license shall be valid from May 1 - April 30 of each fiscal year.
      (2)   The fee for the annual mobile food truck license shall be $500, or as modified by the City Council.
      (3)   The mobile food truck license is valid for one vehicle only.
      (4)   A valid copy of the driver's license for each individual operating the mobile food truck.
      (5)   A valid copy of the registration for the vehicle and/or trailer.
      (6)   A valid copy of all necessary licenses or permits required by the Jo Daviess County Health Department for operation of a mobile food truck.
      (7)   Proof of liability insurance for the activity to be licensed, naming the City of Galena as additional insured, in an amount not less than $500,000 combined single limit.
      (8)   A copy of the Illinois business registration tax number for the mobile food truck shall be provided.
      (9)   A photo of the mobile food truck.
   (C)   License must be conspicuously posted. Said license shall be posted in a conspicuous location in the mobile food truck.
   (D)   No persons shall operate a mobile food truck without a valid mobile food truck license unless part of a special event approved by the City of Galena. A mobile food truck operating as part of a special event shall obtain a lunch stand license.
   (E)   Any mobile food truck who violates the terms or conditions of the license is subject to the penalties set forth in § 10.99 and possible revocation of the license.
