§ 51.018 FILING OF ORDINANCES TO BE NOTICE TO OWNERS, USERS OF SERVICES.
   A copy of this chapter or all ordinances upon which it is based, properly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jo Daviess County and shall be deemed notice to all owners of real estate of their liability for service supplied to any user of said city on their properties.
