§ 51.002 CONNECTING TOILET, SINK, CESSPOOL DRAIN TO STORM WATER DRAINS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to connect or cause to be connected, any drain carrying, or to carry, any toilet, sink, basin, septic tank, cesspool, industrial waste or any fixture or device discharging polluting substances, to any stormwater drain in the city.
