§ 35.101 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be fined not less than $200 and not more than $500 for each offense. Each day such violation occurs shall be regarded as a separate offense. Any enforcement action by the city related to this subchapter shall not relieve the violator from paying any tax due under the terms of this subchapter.
