§ 156.02 DETERMINATION.
   (A)   The city has complied with process for developing, modifying and amending the Comprehensive Plan as outlined in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-12-7 and that plan has been officially adopted.
   (B)   All other comprehensive plans and land use maps in conflict with the provisions of the April 28, 2003, Comprehensive Plan and accompanying maps are hereby repealed.
