Sketch plat review (optional)	$15
Preliminary plat review	$50
Plus, per residential lot	10
Plus, per commercial or industrial lot	25
Final plat review	$15
Amendment request from private property	$50
Fees for combined preliminary and final plat review shall be the same as for preliminary plat review
