For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE. Any carriage, wagon, cart, sled or sleigh or other device whose principal means of propulsion is a single or a two- horse hitch.
HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE DRIVER. Any person who drives or operates a horse drawn carriage on the streets of the city.
HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE BUSINESS. A business enterprise that provides or offers to the public for a fee the ability to ride in a horse drawn carriage.
LICENSE, HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE BUSINESS. The license required to legally operate a horse drawn carriage business within the City of Galena.
