Violations with respect to possession and or purchase of tobacco products by a person under 18 years of age.
(A) Violation of § 118.08: not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.
(B) Violation of § 118.09: not less than $50 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.
