(A) Duration. Each such license shall expire at the end of the fiscal year in which issued, but in the event a license is issued more than a month after the beginning of any fiscal year, the fee to be paid shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in said fiscal year.
(B) Renewal. Before any license shall be renewed the premises shall be subject to the same inspection as above provided on original application.
