A house-car trailer may be parked or stored in the city regardless of the other provisions hereof, provided that it shall not be used for living or sleeping purposes during such time as it is so stored or parked and providing moreover that it shall not be a nuisance and does not constitute a fire hazard, and if such trailer is parked within a trailer camp, it shall be parked in the same location as occupied house-car trailers.
