At least once every six months the Health Officer or his authorized representative shall inspect every restaurant located within the city. Itinerant restaurants shall be inspected as often as deemed necessary by the Health Officer. One copy of the inspection report shall be posted by the Health Officer at the restaurant. Another copy of the inspection report shall be filed with records of the Health Department.
