(A) Required. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a restaurant or itinerant restaurant in the city who does not possess an unrevoked permit from the Health Officer.
(B) Posting required. Such permit shall be posted in a conspicuous place.
(C) Persons eligible for permit. Only persons who comply with the requirements of this chapter shall be entitled to receive and retain such a permit.
(D) Nontransferable. Permits shall not be transferable from one location to another.

(E) Revocation, suspension. Such a permit as required in this section may be temporarily suspended or revoked by the Health Officer upon the serious or repeated violation by the holder of any of the terms of this chapter after an opportunity for a hearing by the Health Officer.
