§ 113.02 ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the proper public health officer to enforce the general provisions of this chapter. The Jo Daviess County Health Department is also empowered by this chapter to see to the enforcement of the provisions herein contained.
