§ 111.54 SALE OR DELIVERY OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR ON CITY PROPERTY.
   (A)   The building commonly known as Turner Hall which is owned by the city is hereby specifically designated as a building in which alcoholic liquor may be sold or delivered, subject to the following:
   (B)   Any party wishing to sell or deliver alcoholic liquor shall obtain a liquor license from the city in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and shall provide the city with whatever liability insurance, including, but not limited to, dram shop insurance, as the city may from time to time require.
