§ 111.42 OPEN CONTAINER.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any licensed premises or to carry out from such premises onto any public way an open container of alcoholic beverage.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to carry onto any public way any open container of alcoholic beverage.
