§ 111.41 ENTERTAINMENT.
   (A)   Entertainment, limited to personal appearances of amateur or professional singing or theatrical performances, the use of musical instruments by amateur or professional entertainers, amateur or professional comedians or story tellers, the use of radios, electrical transcribing machines, phonographs, television or patron dancing or the showing of commercially produced motion pictures or videos shall be allowed on premises wherein alcoholic beverages are sold subject to all other provisions of this Chapter 111 and, specifically, subject to Chapter 117.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to operate any sound reproducing device or other device for the production of sound that is audible beyond the confines of the place of business. This regulation shall apply to live entertainment as well as juke boxes, stereos or other equipment.
   (C)   No business or activity authorized under this chapter shall be so conducted or operated as to constitute a nuisance in fact or be considered dangerous to life or detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of the citizens of the city or the general public.
