§ 111.40 CLOSING LIMITATIONS.
   (A)   During the hours when the sale of alcoholic liquor is prohibited, under the provisions of Class "A" licenses, such premises shall be closed and no person shall be permitted to remain in or on the premises during such hours, except the licensee and his employees who are engaged in their actual employment at the time such premises are closed.
   (B)   During the hours when the sale of alcoholic liquor or beverages is prohibited, the sale of food or serving of meals in restaurants and hotels holding a Class “D” license shall be permitted, provided patrons or guests do not have access to the bar, barroom or cocktail lounge or are served alcoholic liquor. Any area where such alcoholic liquors are dispensed shall not be available to the general public at such times.
