License fees under the terms of this chapter for the businesses, occupations, activities and uses set forth shall be as provided in the fee schedule which is a part of this section. The following is a brief overview of the fees set forth for the licenses defined herein:
(A) Auction license | $50 per event |
(B) Carnival license | 150 per day |
(C) Circus license | 150 per day |
(D) Coin-operated device license | 50 per year |
(E) Farmers' market license | 25 per year |
(F) Firearm, weapon or munitions license | 50 per year |
(G) Flea market, and festivals | 50 per day |
(H) Itinerant merchant or vendor license | 15 per event |
(I) Lunch stand license | 15 per event |
(J) Menagerie license | 150 per day |
(K) Open air assembly | No Fee |
(L) Parade permit | 25 per event |
a. Memorial Day Parade | No Fee |
b. Fourth of July Parade | No Fee |
c. Boy Scout Pilgrimage Parade | No Fee |
d. Galena H.S. Homecoming Parade | No Fee |
e. Christmas Parade | No Fee |
(M) Street performer license | 5 per year |
250 per year | |
(A convention center owner or operator is only required to obtain a convention center license, if the convention center holds or sponsors events involving itinerant merchants or itinerant vendors, or similar sales events.)
