§ 110.16 DUTIES OF CITY COLLECTOR AND CITY CLERK.
   (A)   The City Collector, or designee thereof, shall receipt for all money received by the city on account of licenses, and said receipt shall be a discharge of such fee to the extent thereof.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to keep a record of all licenses granted by the city, showing to whom the same were granted, the term for which granted and the date of expiration. It shall also be the duty of said Clerk, in the case of licenses of 30 days or more, to inform license holders at least 21 days in advance that said permit or license is to expire.
   (C)   All required licensing fees shall be paid at the time of application for a license or for renewal thereof.
