§ 110.05 ENFORCEMENT; VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   All licenses issued in accordance with this chapter, or Chapters 112 and 114 are issued subject to the city's police power, and subject to all other applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of the city.
   (B)   Licenses issued pursuant to this chapter or Chapters 112 and 114 that are discovered to be issued in error shall be immediately revoked, and the full license fees shall be refunded by the City Treasurer or designee thereof.
   (C)   Violations of this chapter shall be dealt with in an appropriate manner, which may include, but is not limited to, suspension of an existing permit in accordance with § 110.17, denial of future permits, and/or a fine of an amount outlined below. Any violation shall be considered a misdemeanor, and each day a violation exists shall be considered a separate violation.
   (D)   Violations of this chapter and Chapter 112 and 114 may include, but are not limited to:
      (1)   Any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for the license or permit; or during activities for which the license is issued;
      (2)   Failure to obtain an appropriate license before the event takes place;
      (3)   Holding or sponsoring activities with a suspended or revoked license;
      (4)   Failure to display license in a conspicuous location;
      (5)   Transference or use of a license by a party not named thereon.
