§ 110.03 SOUND REPRODUCING DEVICES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate any sound amplification device or other device for the production of sound that is audible beyond the confines of the place of business. This regulation shall apply to live entertainment as well as juke boxes, stereos or other equipment.
   (B)   This regulation shall not apply to duly licensed street performers or street dances at approved locations provided amplification of sound is strictly prohibited.
