§ 97.13 TRIMMING TREES, SHRUBS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of all owners of lots within the limits of the city to trim trees now growing on such lots and prevent the trees from becoming a nuisance.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut or trim any trees or shrubbery growing on the public streets of the city unless said cutting or trimming is done under the supervision of the Street Superintendent or someone delegated by him.
