§ 97.12 DRIPPING OF WATER FROM SPOUTS, AWNINGS.
   It shall be unlawful for every person or occupant of any store, dwelling house or other building in the city to permit water to drip or run from any cornice, awning, bay window, porch or from any down spout upon any public sidewalk in the city.
