§ 97.02  CITY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES TO REPORT DEFECTS IN STREETS.
   It shall be the duty of every city official or employee to report to the Director of Streets and Public Improvements every defect observed in any pavement of any street or alley; and it shall be the duty of the Director to either repair same promptly or report it to the City Council, after first barricading the same so as to avoid injury to any person or vehicle.
