All monies received from the annual tax levy for parks and all monies that may in any manner be contributed, bequeathed or raised for the purpose of parks shall be deposited with the City Treasurer, who shall keep the monies in a separate and distinct fund to be known as the “Parks Fund,” from which disbursements shall be made in the manner prescribed in this code.
