§ 94.03 FAILURE OF OWNER TO REMOVE INFECTED TREE.
   The owner of any infected tree who fails to remove the infected tree within 30 days after notice as herein provided shall be guilty of maintaining a nuisance and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as provided in § 94.99.
