§ 93.23 DISTRICTS IN WHICH CERTAIN SUBSTANCES MAY NOT BE STORED.
   (A)   Districts in which storage of explosives, blasting agents prohibited. The limits referred to in section 12.5b of the Fire Prevention Code, in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited, shall be the city limits of the city.

   (B)   Districts in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks prohibited. The limits referred to in section 16.22a of the Fire Prevention Code in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: that area bordered on the south by Spring Street; on the west by the east line of Bench Street; on the north by the south line of Meeker Street, and on the east by Water Street.

   (C)   Districts where bulk storage of flammable combustible liquids prohibited. The limits referred to in section 16.51 of the Fire Prevention Code, in which new bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited, are hereby established as follows: that area bordered on the south by Spring Street; on the west by the east line of Bench Street; on the north by the south line of Meeker Street; and on the east by Water Street.

   (D)   Districts where bulk storage of LP gas restricted. The limits referred to in section 21.6a of the Fire Prevention Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: that area bordered on the south by Spring Street; on the west by the east line of Bench Street; on the north by the south line of Meeker Street; and on the east by Water Street.
