§ 74.10 CRIMINAL LIABILITY IMPOSED ON PARENTS, GUARDIANS, OWNER.
   (A)   The parent or guardian of any juvenile shall not authorize or permit any such juvenile to violate any provisions of this chapter.

   (B)   The owner of any snowmobile shall not authorize or permit any person to operate said snowmobile in violation of any provision of this chapter.
