Excessive noise shall not be permitted. No snowmobile shall be operated without conventional exhaust system in working order. Tuned exhausts are not permitted unless used in conjunction with an operable muffler. In the event a snowmobile is operated after 10:00 p.m., such snowmobile shall be operated only at a rate of speed as is necessary to maintain forward motion when being operated within 300 feet of a residence.
