§ 74.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OPERATE. To ride in or on, other than as a passenger, use or control the operation of a snowmobile, whether or not the snowmobile is under way.
   OPERATOR. Every person who operates or is in actual physical or constructive control of a snowmobile.
   OWNER. A person, other than a lienholder, having the property in or title to a snowmobile, entitled to use or possession thereof.
   PERSON. An individual, partnership, firm corporation, and any body or association of individuals, or other entity.
   ROADWAY. That portion of a highway improved, designed or ordinarily used for vehicular traffic.
   SNOWMOBILE. A self-propelled vehicle primarily designed or altered for travel on snow or ice and supported in part by skis, belts or cleats.
