§ 74.01 INTENT.

It is the intent of this chapter to supplement the statutes of the state in respect to the operation of snowmobiles. This chapter is not intended to allow what the state statutes prohibit. This chapter is authorized by the following state statutes: ILCS Ch. 625, Act 40, §§ 1-1 et seq.
