All payments under §§ 72.01 through 72.04, 72.50 through 72.56, and Chapter 79, may be made at the police station to any officer designated as agent for the City Clerk for the purpose of collecting money under said sections. Payment may also be made by placing the appropriate amount in a parking fine box provided by the city for that purpose.
