(A) Created. There is hereby created the local municipal civil defense organization, to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage or other hostile action, in accordance with the state Emergency Management Agency Act of 1988, as amended.
(B) Membership. This Civil Defense Organization shall consist of the Director and such additional members to be selected by the Director.
