(A) Authorized overtime work performed by hour-rated employees shall be compensated for at one and one-half times their required rate of pay. Authorized work on holidays shall be compensated for at two times their regular rate of pay.
(B) All other employees who work authorized overtime shall be reimbursed through compensatory time at the regular rate of one hour compensatory time for each hour of overtime. Compensatory time shall be taken as soon as practicable after it is earned. Employees may accrue a maximum of 60 hours compensatory time and may carry over a maximum of 60 hours from one fiscal year to the next. Permission to take compensatory time off must be obtained from each employee's immediate supervisor.
