(A) The lunch hour for all employees shall not exceed one hour and must be taken between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

(B) All regular employees when working under conditions where the use of a break period is practiced shall be granted a 15-minute break period in the forenoon and afternoon of each working day. Nothing contained in this section shall prevent department heads from restricting travel to and from a break area when employees must use municipal equipment for such travel.
