§ 34.28 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES EXEMPT FROM BIDDING REQUIREMENTS.
   Professional services contracted for by the city may be entered into without observing the bidding procedures prescribed by this subchapter for the award of formal contracts. Regular employment contracts in the municipal service shall likewise be exempt from the provisions of this subchapter.
