§ 34.22 DECLARATION OF SITE INSPECTION BY BIDDER.
   The bidder is responsible for inspecting the various sites involved and for reading and being familiar with the contract documents. The failure or omission of the bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any bidder from any obligations with respect to the bid proposal.
