Bids, as received, must be for the entire job described in the work write-up, specifications and drawings. All bids shall be submitted only on the forms provided and must be accompanied by a list of all proposed and alternative subcontractors. The city will consider alternatives proposed by the bidder that are not called for in the bid project.
