Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to:
(A) Interfere with the management of the Police Department;
(B) Interfere with the enforcement of state statutes or federal or local ordinances;
(C) Interfere with the internal department policies and procedures of any city department;
(D) Affect the jurisdiction or responsibilities of the Police Department when on duty.
(E) Limit, modify or erode the authority of the Mayor or City Council related to their powers under the state statutes and ordinances of this city.
