§ 33.42 PROCEDURE.
   All notice of public hearings or other procedures shall be in accordance with rules of procedure adopted by the Department, or by the requirements outlined in the appropriate ordinances, and shall be in accordance with all pertinent local ordinances and the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
