§ 33.27 MEMBERSHIP; STAFF.
   (A)   The Planning Commission shall be composed of five members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. The members may also serve on the Zoning Commission. All members shall serve without compensation.

   (B)   The members of the Planning Commission shall have terms of one year commencing on April 30 and ending on May 1.

   (C)   The Mayor or his designated representative shall serve as the staff of the Commission.
